Absolutely! 🎸 Loog Guitars will happily honor valid warranty claims submitted within 365 days (1 year) of receiving your item. 📆

Report the issue to our Customer Care team, and if your claim is approved, we’ll send you a replacement item.

Please note that refunds are not available for warranty claims. If you prefer not to receive a replacement, you can choose Store Credit instead.

Important: We can only accept warranty claims for items purchased directly from the AU Loog Guitars store. For products purchased from other retailers, please contact the retailer directly and follow their respective warranty policy.
