There are a few different causes of hum or noise, and what you're dealing with is one of the common types. Even the wiring in your home or venue emits an electromagnetic field that can impact your guitar's signal. This also includes filming it too close to your phone. 

I suggest you isolate the guitar from any electronic equipment and see if this would still happen.
